Fix driver service name

AddService:
- ServiceName parameter must not be localized. [1]
- EventName does not need to be specified when same as ServiceName.

Service-related Ndi key:
- The Service value must match the ServiceName parameter of the
  AddService directive that references the service-install-section for
  the primary service. [2]
